Ala Beauty Co is based and operated out of Canada, and we ship internationally to customers worldwide. Our products are sourced directly from trusted partners in South Korea and fulfilled from their facilities to give you access to authentic K-Beauty favorites at the best price. Because of this, please allow a bit more time than a typical domestic order:

• Processing time: 1-3 business days before your order ships
• Delivery time: typically 7-14 business days once shipped, depending on your location and customs processing
• Occasional delays (customs clearance, high-demand periods) can extend delivery beyond this window — we'll keep you updated if that happens

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address, order weight, and destination country. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
